Judy and Chuck have both been skating since childhood. Both have passed U.S. Figure Skating's Gold test level in ice dance, and are currently working on the International dances. (*)

In 2001 and 2002 they competed in Gold Dance at the U.S. Adult National Championships, and won first place both years.

More recently they have both gone back into freestyle skating, and Judy is a regular freestyle competitor at Adult Nationals, where she is skating at the Gold level. Most recently (2007) she placed third in her freestyle event, and first in her artistic event.

Both Judy and Chuck have experience in coaching ice dance and basic skating. Chuck has applied his engineering background to skate sharpening and maintenance for over a decade. Judy is expert in matters of boot fitting, blade mounting, and especially in the fine tuning of blade position and angle that are often required.
